Clients of the Delray Center Eating Disorder Program receive intensive individual psychotherapy on a weekly basis throughout all phases of the treatment process. Our world-class, multidisciplinary clinical team of physicians, doctorate and master’s-level therapists have a broad range of training and are highly skilled in diverse areas of expertise. Together they deliver the most advanced, evidenced-based treatments available for eating disorders, customized to the needs of the individual patient.
Our therapists believe that all clients have the ability to attain wellness. They work on a foundation of trust and respect to foster new healthy, adaptive behaviors and beliefs. During individual psychotherapy, clients will gain awareness of the issues underlying their disorder. They will establish goals and strategies, develop the skills necessary to achieve these goals, and above all, create a life worth living.
