Meditation at Bamboo Garden Yoga

Meditation is the ancient art of training the mind to maintain deep and focused concentration, providing an immediate sense of peace and relaxation. At the Delray Center for Healing, patients can study and practice meditation at Bamboo Garden Yoga located right on our campus.

Meditation is included in many of our treatment packages, and patients can receive training in a variety of practices including breath, insight and passage.  Over time, practitioners see an increased ability to harmonize the body and mind, directing both thought and action toward positive goals. Meditation can improve self-control, mood, emotional balance and even blood pressure.
